Exchange And Refund Policies

The exchange and refund policy applies in case the customer receives Kawader products, and the requests for exchange and refund are subject to the following terms:

• The customer must keep the delivery receipt that was signed after making sure that there are no defects in the product.

• The customer has the right to request the exchange or the refund of products within 7 days from the date of receipt, with the condition that the packaging of the products are not damaged, or any of the product accessories are lost, with the availability of other conditions stipulated in this policy.

(1) Kawader accepts the exchange or the refund of products according to the customer’s desire in case that the following conditions are met:

The customer shall not use the products or obtain any benefit from them.

The products are not damaged or have any defects after receiving them from the shipping company.

Not to damage the packaging of the products, or to lose any of the product accessories.

That the customer keeps the sales invoice and delivers it to the shipping company or at the store’s establishment.

If there are manufacturing defects in the product and in case it can't be fixed at all

In case that the products were manufactured, modified or equipped according to the specifications specified by the customer and carried out on the basis of it, they cannot be returned unless they do not conform to the required specifications or have manufacturing defects.

(2) Kawader accepts the exchange or refund of products for reasons related to the products in the following cases:

Products not meeting the specifications announced by the store.

Receipt of defective products due to the product, and not caused by the customer's mishandling of the product in case it can't be fixed at all

(3) Products from the Kawader store shall not be returned or exchanged in the following cases:

Submit a return or exchange request after 7 days from the date of receiving the product (in case the product requires installation, the return will be according to the policies of Kawader within 7 days starting from the date of installation).

Use, installation, or damage to the Products or if the Products are not in the condition in which the Customer received them.

Products without the original tags, accessories, packaging, or lack of any related accessories.

Products that have been installed at the customer's site and cannot be returned to the original condition before sale.

(4) In case that the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the store shall inspect the product, and if it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the store shall bear the costs of shipping, return and replacement.

(5) In case that the return or exchange is for a reason due to the customer and not a defect in the product, the customer shall bear all costs of returning, shipping and replacing the product.

1.5 In case that it is proven that there is no manufacturing defect in the product, Kawader has the right to refuse the request to return the product.

2.5 In case that the request to replace the product is accepted, and the customer refuses to receive the replaced products, the ownership of the products shall be returned to Kawader after 15 days from the date of the customer’s rejection.

(6) If the return request is accepted, the store shall refund the price of the product to the customer within 7 working days from the date of accepting the return request.

(7) In case that the replacement request is accepted, the price difference between the replaced product and the new product that has been selected shall be taken into consideration. If the new product that was chosen is higher in price than the product that was replaced, the customer in this case must pay the price difference to the store using the approved payment methods.
