Warranty Policies

• Kawader provides its services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

• The customer bears the technician fees after the first year from the date of purchase in case if the customer is located inside of Riyadh

• In the case of warranty outside the city of Riyadh, the customer must bear all expenses (the technician fees - transportation - airline tickets for areas 300 km away from Riyadh, housing, extra working hours and any other costs that may result).

• Cooling equipment must be sent to the company's maintenance headquarters

• Before operating any equipment, the operating system and periodic maintenance in the manual attached to the equipment must be followed, a prerequisite for warranty. If the customer desires technical support service, he must call the unified number 9200 33879

• All electrical appliances will be checked before they are delivered to the customer and the customer must sign the safety of the equipment received

• Warranty does not include external accessories

• Warranty does not include consumable parts

Cases Not Covered By Warranty:

• If the equipment is subjected to external maintenance.

• If the equipment is subjected to external maintenance.

• If the equipment is operated in the wrong way (such as using a high pressure gas regulator or operating the equipment with a different electric current, which resulted in the customer providing wrong information regarding the electrical voltage (1 phase - 3 phase) 220 - 380 volts.

• Using the equipment in a way that is in violation of the operation and maintenance system is considered misuse.

• Faults arising from failure to adhere to routine cleaning of refrigeration equipment (filters and condensers), as well as other equipment and parts that require periodic cleaning to maintain efficiency.
