Shipping & Delivery Policies

The policies listed below are the shipping policies of Kawader Al-Jazereah Trading Corporation for the official online platforms of the establishment from which the customer purchases, which may change from time to time when necessary, and the customer must abide by them.

• The product / (s) are prepared for shipping after confirming the order with the customer by phone or by email.

The shipping methods available at Kawader are as follows:

• Regular shipping within Riyadh: the order will be delivered within a period of 1 to 3 working days from the date of order confirmation, at a fixed cost of 50 SAR.

• Regular shipping to all Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: the order will be delivered within a period of 7 to 14 days from the date of confirming the order, at a fixed cost of 50 SAR.

• Express shipping to all Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: the order will be delivered within a period of 3 to 5 days at a variable cost that is calculated upon completion of the purchase process.

These dates are approximate and delays may sometimes occur due to force majeure or uncontrollable circumstances.

• When your order is shipped, an email or SMS will be sent with the order number, enabling you to track it.

• The shipping cost may change depending on many factors, including the shipping company with which the shipment is sent, the dimensions and weight of the products or the distances.

• Upon completion of the delivery process, the customer must sign the delivery receipt after reviewing the shipment to ensure that there are no defects in the product / (s).

• In the event that the destination to which the shipment is to be delivered is not ready and the customer needs to store the shipment for a specified period in agreement or after 15 days have passed from the date of order registration, 0.5% of the invoice value is paid instead of storage space per day.

• The store is not responsible for any damages that may occur to the goods while they are in the custody of the shipping company.

• The customer shall bear the value of the shipment in case they refused to receive the shipment after ensuring that it conforms to the relevant specifications, and in case that it does not conform to the specifications, the company shall bear the shipping costs.
