Thanks to specially designed internal heating elements, the food warmer keeps prepared foods, broths and sauces at safe and ready-to-serve temperatures for approximately two hours, thanks to its durable warm internal water tank that prevents the food in the containers from drying out, and the variable temperature control that allow multiple uses to fulfill the daily requirements of a crowded banquet table or buffet
