The Mareno Gas Fry Top with sloping hotplate features 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed surfaces, providing two independent cooking zones with manual temperature control. Fully constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, it includes a front cold zone, grease drain hole, and a 2.5 L grease tray, ideal for commercial kitchen use.
